Can't I buy I'm Single® tshirts here instead of ImSingleShop.com?
For the time being ImSingleShop.com is the official store for I'm Single® and I Am Single®
tshirts. We do have plans to merge ImSingleTshirt.com, IAmSingleTshirt.com and
ImSingleShop.com into one website.
Does the ®, registered trademark sign, have to be there?
I'm Single® and I Am Single® are registered trademarks. The ®, registered trademark sign,
has to be there to show they are protected by law, and to warn possible violators of legal
When will shirts for ladies be available?
We don't have an exact date yet, but we are working on it. It should be sometime in the near
future, so please keep checking back.
Can I customize the shirt?
Customization will be offered later on. We are not yet set up for this.
What is the fabric of the shirt?
All tees are 100% cotton. They are lightweight, very soft, preshrunk cotton. The combed and
ring-spun cotton gives the shirt its softness.
Why can't I order more for more than $100?
This is to combat credit card fraud. Unfortunately, it's difficult for retailers to tell if someone
uses a stolen credit card, where the card issuer has not yet been notified. Criminals can turn
these into cash by buying merchandise they sell later on for cash. We apologize for the
inconvenience, but we can't change this rule. Your can still order for more than $100, please
see next question to find out how.
What if I want to order a large quantity?
You can buy a larger quantity, but please contact us first. On the Contact Us page you'll learn
how to get in touch with us.
How can I pay for my order?
We take Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover credit cards, and also PayPal payments.
Credit card orders are processed by PayPal, but you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account
to pay with your card.
Must the shipping and billing addresses be the same?
Yes, please make sure credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, otherwise
your order will not go through. Sorry, no exceptions.
Do I have to pay tax?
You have to pay sales tax only if you live in Georgia. There is no tax for residents of other
How do you ship my order?
We offer standard shipping via US Postal Service first class mail. Expedited shipping will be
offered in the near future.
Is shipping really free?
We learned from the large online retailers, and you don't have to pay extra for having your order
shipped via US Postal Service first class mail within the continental US.
Is there a minimum order to qualify for free shipping?
No, there is no minimum order to get free shipping.
What about expedited shipping?
We will offer expedited shipping in the near future.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
First you need to know which situation applies to you. If you:

We have a 30-day no questions asked policy. Returning the shirt will be your expense.
The return address is listed below. Once we receive the shirt, we'll refund the purchase price.
We cannot refund your money, if the credit card or PayPal account you used for buying the
shirt is no longer valid. We have strict anti-fraud rules in place; please see "How do I get my
money back?" below for explanation.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, and want to exchange it, please send the former
to the return address listed below. Shipping will be your expense. If the new shirt is the same
price as the one you bought, we will ship it out free of charge. If the new shirt is more expensive
than the returned one, you will have to pay the difference prior to mailing the exchange item.
I received the wrong item
If we sent you the wrong item, we will pay for returning it. Please email us, referencing the
order number, and we'll send you a printable shipping label. Once we receive the
wrong item, we'll ship out the item you ordered.
How do I get my money back?
We will put the charge back only on the credit card or PayPal account used for the
purchase. We cannot refund your money, if the card or PayPal account is no longer valid.
